WHAT IS AN EVENT COORDINATOR?

An Event coordinator is a trained professional who assists in the planning and or execution of an Event to ensure it runs smoothly.  An Event coordinator is a most importantly a problem solver. It is the Event coordinators job to ensure an event runs as smoothly as possible and any and all issues that arise are dealt with and solved in a timely manner with out any acknowledgement by the attendees of the event.

An Event Coordinator means different things to different people. As a client, you may choose to have us involved in only certain parts of the event such as décor or you may just want guidance and direction to help you get started.

Some of the duties that RSVP perform as an Event Coordinator includes and are not limited to: selecting vendors/venues, budget management, theme development and décor, managing and overseeing the finest details and direction of the Event itself.
