Consulting can be a one-time meeting or an on-going service with the first consultation lasting 2 hours

You have planned your dream wedding and only have one month to go before your big day. There are still an infinite number of details to attend to the month before and on your wedding day.

You have worked hard and would like to ensure that everything goes according to plan. You look forward to enjoying your special day and realize you will not be available to handle unforeseen situations.

We will work with you for the last month of finalizing details and putting together all of the pieces you have worked so hard to plan.

We will be with you on your wedding day, coordinating all of the services and details as well as calmly troubleshooting when needed allowing you and your guests to have a memorable day!

Our “Summer Love” package includes:
  • Consultation one month prior to your wedding day
  • Vendor confirmation, reviewing of contracts and wedding day coordination
  • Creation of the wedding day itinerary for yourself as well as for all vendors
  • Assistance with the seating chart
  • 
Queuing all participants (from the officiant, to the music, to the venue staff, to family members) for their duties at the ceremony as well as at the reception
  • Photo wish list and photographer assistance if required
  • Development of a risk management plan to ensure a smooth wedding day
  • Rehearsal coordination and direction
  • Full wedding day coordination of all vendors, deliveries, decor, place cards or seating charts,  logistics, schedule and details
  • Assist with transition from ceremony to reception
  • Oversee scheduled events at reception: cocktails, dinner, cake cutting, first dances, bouquet/garter toss, entertainers, and speeches.
  • Bride assistance as needed
  • Management of final vendor payments as well as gratuities

Gift coordination
Collection of any items left behind at the venue such as a cake cutter, top tier of cake, centerpieces etc.
